Q: How does this website work?
- To make an order, choose the file that you want to buy, so if you want the name ANN, press the BUY NOW link next to it on the NAMES page..
- Press BUY NOW by the file that you want to download.
- Make payment to us via paypal.
- After you make payment you will be automatically provided a temporary download link to download your purchase.
- Download your file immediately because the link expires. Once it expires you will not be able to use the link any longer.
- The download file is a ZIP file comprised of 1 black and white high resolution jpeg of the art and 1 black and white high resolution jpeg of the outline.
Q: I didn’t get the download link, what do I do?
If you did not receive a download link to download your purchase then it was likely because you have a pop-up window function blocked on your browser setting or have software installed that prevents windows from opening up.
To remedy this situation you must email us within 24 hours of your purchase notifying us of the problem. Please provide us the paypal transaction # and so we can verify your order. Once we receive this information we will email you your download directly to you shortly after you notify us.
If you DO NOT notify us within 24 hours, your claim is null and void. We will not be able to help you as much as we’d like too, nor will your payment be refunded. As this is a digital item, you are NOT protected by Paypal’s complaint system.
Q: Do you guarantee your translations?
A: While we take your order very seriously and pride in the work that we do and we have never made an error, god forbid, no we do not provide any guarantee whatsoever. You are using our entertainment novelty service completely at your own risk, and if you choose to get tattooed with our designs, you do so at your own risk.
Q: If I want to order more than one file, do you provide discounts?
We are sorry but our current system does not facilitate multiple orders and it is entirely automatic, therefore we are unable to provide discounts on more than one orders.
Q: If I want you to translate a name or phrase into Hebrew, do you offer that service?
No we do not accept orders for translations. If you want to have something translated please go to our affiliate: www.hebrewtattoo.net
Q: Do you need/hire translators?
No, we are not accepting new translators.
Q: What is “Nikud” and do you provide it?
No we do not nikud our translations. Nikud (or Niqqud), basically, are the dots and dashes around Hebrew letters that tell the reader how each consonant should be pronounced. Nikud is not necessary in Hebrew text and is most commonly written without it. The only places where nikud is still widely used is in biblical texts, poetry, and children’s books.
